Bristol is the Hub from which we service our business in the south-west of England. Our team located here are always busy, working on events jobs around the area including those in Bath, Bristol, Glastonbury and Gloucester! The team are always prepared to head out on road shows throughout the UK and regularly have the opportunities to travel to help out in our other main locations. The fast-paced and dynamic environment means that no two days of work are the same, ensuring a diverse and exciting working experience for all our employees.

When we first accept a new crew member into our team, they are offered basic crew training in-house, alongside any specialist training and paid courses that may be required or relevant for their role. Specialist training is primarily provided in-house; however, chances to train in outsourced programs are also available to meet the needs of our clients. With a wide variety of skillsets needed to crew the events we work on, there are opportunities for people of all backgrounds to excel in their field with Gallowglass.

Our flexible zero hour contracts, competitive rates of pay from £12.25 per hour (including holiday pay) plus supplements for skills and can rise to £19.25 (including holiday pay). With a wide range of training opportunities available to our crew means that our teams provide an excellent service, and enjoy it too!

With the help of our unique I.T. systems and apps, we can allocate jobs to the best people for the job with ease, and transfer information between crew members and clients seamlessly.
