Opening an office in Caledonia was an essential - in fact, we opened two – Edinburgh along with our Glasgow office!
Initial growth came when a team was pulled together from scratch for the Edinburgh International Television Festival in 1998. Since then, Gallowglass has grown to be the foremost provider of event crew in the UK, offering a variety of basic and specialist crew to a growing book of clients across both the UK and further afield including event crew in Edinburgh.
Our event crew are all trained in-house and have had an invaluable amount of experience within the events industry. Alongside our in-house training opportunities, we regularly send our event crew to outsourced programs to train in specialist skills for the benefit of our clients. Amongst these clients are the Edinburgh Tattoo where for a decade we have been responsible for erecting the grandstands within the castle precincts. This keeps us at the forefront of innovation and means that we can offer cost effective crews in the UK and further afield.
